 Za:misel Bookstore (za-misel = 'after-thought') was established in the framework of KIBLA Multimedia Centre in Maribor in November 1998. Its programme focuses on books sought by students, primarily social sciences and humanities reference literature and books about arts and culture. In the Za:misel online bookstore at http://zamisel.kibla.org one can browse through book titles and contents and even order books to be delivered. The bookstore offers the possibility of online ordering of books, CDs and DVDs from abroad.Za:misel Bookstore is a venue for numerous literary events, book presentations, interviews and author discussions. In addition to Slovene authors such as Tomaž Šalamun, Aleš Šteger, Andrej E Skubic, Alojz Ihan, Marko Samec and Lucija Stupica, the Bookstore has welcomed international guests such as Mia Couto, Balasubramanyan and Andrzej Stasiuk.
