The provincial government office responsible for conservation and museums development under the professional guidance of the National Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Hà Nội. At the time of writing there is no provincial museum in Cao Bằng, although the Uncle Hồ in Cao Bằng Exhibition Centre may be visited.
