Hưng Yên Provincial Museum contains displays of artefacts relating to the geology, natural history, archaeology, history, ethnology and arts of Hưng Yên, plus a special display on Hưng Yên's role in the Vietnamese revolution. The museum functions as the provincial government office responsible for conservation and museums development under the professional guidance of the National Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information in Hà Nội.
