Located in Vĩnh Phúc Province, the Centre for the Secure Preservation of the National Archives is a secure storage facility for records of value or great national importance held by the State Records and Archives Department of Việt Nam. It assists the Director General in making decisions regarding the record groups and collections requiring specific conservation or preservation and is responsible for receiving, storing and preserving such documents on behalf of the State Records and Archives Department and other custodial organisations.
