Launched in 2004 with financial support from the Rockefeller Foundation, the 'Weaving the Mekong into South East Asia' Fellowship programme offers financial support for students aged 20-35 from Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Việt Nam and Thailand to study for a Masters degree in South East Asian Studies at Chulalongkorn University.
