Launched in 2003, the An Giang Sculpture Camp brings sculptors from Việt Nam together with sculptors from other countries in a one-month creative retreat held on the scenic Sam Mountain overlooking the Mekong River. The first Sculpture Camp of 2003 involved 34 sculptors from 14 different countries, including China, Japan, Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Spain and France.
