This annual or biennial contemporary music festival takes place in conjunction with the ACL conference and features performances of contemporary music by composers from ACL's 12 member countries and territories - Australia, Azerbaijan, China/Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Việt Nam. The 22nd Festivall (2002) took place in Korea, the 23rd Festival (2003) in Japan, the 24th Festival (2004) in Israel and the 25th Festival (2005) in Việt Nam.
