 Cần Thơ Radio and Television Station was established in 1975 on the basis of the earlier American-era radio station. The television station produces its own TV movies, many of which have been screened nationwide. It broadcasts on channels VHF 3 and UHF 43 and the radio station on 837 KHz AM and 97.3 MHz FM.
