 Dumfries and Galloway Libraries, Information and Archives Service makes available the widest possible range of materials and services to provide for the lifelong educational, recreational and information needs of the local community. It operates a network of 24 local libraries, four mobile libraries and an archive centre.A valid library membership is required to utilise the library service. It is possible to join at any library, providing proof of identificaiton to include name, address and signature (under 16s require a guarantor).
