The Caroline Fitzmaurice Trust gives financial assistance to females under the age of 23 resident in the geographical area of the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane, subject to being satisfied that: the applicants show promise of future excellence in their educational, cultural or social projects; and that finance from the Trust will assist successful applicants subsequently, in their turn, to contribute to the community wherever they may settle; and that there is specific need for financial aid from the Trust if the project is to take place at all. The Trust gives approximately £20,000 a year. Closing date: for minor requests mid August, November, February annually; for major grants, mid May.
