The award-winning Wee Stories is a producing theatre company that tours nationwide. Their target audience is families, specialising in work for children under 12 years that tours to all sizes and type of venue throughout this country and beyond.

Set up in 1995, Wee Stories has established a reputation for quality in children's theatre with uniquely engaging shows that are rooted in story-telling, designed to be a family experience that everyone can enjoy.

The Company’s most recent production, Arthur, the Story of a King, presented by The Scottish Touring Consortium, received The Critics Award for Theatre in Scotland for Best Children’s Show, also receiving nominations for Best Production and Best Directors and, most recently, the Equity Award for Best Show for Children and Young People in the 2004 TMA Theatre Awards.

The company produces approximately three productions per year which tour throughout the UK and beyond and welcome the opportunity to work internationally, both touring, collaborating or a mixture of both, as it is their policy to seek out creative opportunities and also to reach as wide an audience as possible.
