Established in 1998, the Centre aims (i) to encourage the development of professional music, (ii) to enhance the quality and results of training; (iii) to increase the number of cultural collaborations between the Conservatory and other countries with the aim of propagating the quintessence of the arts both at home and abroad, undertaking exchanges and developing the music profession; and (iv) at all stages to contribute to the task of increasing the diversity and richness of community culture and raising people’s cultural standards. The Centre is responsible for programming the state-of-the-art 402-seat Concert Hall, 150-seat Recital Hall and 40-seat Meeting Room (see below), presenting concerts and recitals of all types by teachers and students of the Conservatory and by visiting Vietnamese and overseas artists. It also organises concert tours throughout Việt Nam.
