Afghanistan Reconstruction and Development Services (ARDS) is a governmental agency which provides technical assistance, feasibility studies and procurement services to the various Line Ministries of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. ARDS is composed of two main units: a Procurement Unit and a Technical Assistance and Feasibility Studies Unit (TAFSU).
