The shrine complex of Gazar Gah (1425) includes the tombs of King Dost Mohammad (1792-1863), the Sufi poet Khwaja Abdullah Ansari (1006-1089) and the poet Abdur Rahman Harawi, or Jami (1414-1492). It is a place of pilgrimage and can be easily and safely reached by car or bus. The central courtyard has beautiful mosaics and carved tombstones.
