 Formerly the Centre for the Design and Repair of Monuments (Trung tâm Thiết kế và Tu bổ Di tích), this institute is located at the same premises as the Việt Nam Corporation for the Restoration of Monuments and Cultural Equipment (VINAREMON). It acts in a consultancy capacity, undertaking technical, historical and artistic research into the restoration of monuments and producing designs based on such research.
