This provincial museum contains displays of artefacts relating to the culture, history and development of the region. Special collections include a room devoted to Chăm statues and masonry recovered from various sites in the province, displays of Ba-na, Hrê and Chăm ethnic minority artefacts and costumes, a natural history collection and artefacts depicting the revolutionary history of the province. The museum functions as the provincial government office responsible for conservation and museums development under the professional guidance of the National Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information in Hà Nội.
