In accordance with Decision 5705/QD-BVHTT dated 26 December 2006 on the Functions, Responsibilities, Rights and Organisational Structure of the Management Board for the Creation of a Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France, the Management Board for the Creation of a Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France is the organisation responsible for preparation, document collection, and material and technical facilities in order to build a feasible research project for Setting up the Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France; reporting to the Ministry in order to submit to the Prime Minister for approval and implementation of the Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France project.
