 Each Cultural Profile is a prestigious online national cultural showcase for the profiled country - a 'one-stop-shop' for all cultural sectors, including arts (performing arts, visual arts, literature, film, ethnic arts), media (broadcasting, press, publishing, Internet), heritage (museums, built heritage) libraries and archives and tourism.
Our existing partners are immensely proud of their Cultural Profiles, because
● they showcase before a global audience, in an attractive and accessible manner, every aspect of the profiled country's culture;
● they demonstrate the role of our country partners as drivers for 'joined up' government, reinforcing public perception of them as agencies with a brief which extends to the development of every cultural sector;
● they reflect the importance of culture in the pursuit of a healthy society, its contribution to the national economy and its role in developing a sense of national pride.
As noted earlier, each website will in future be branded more prominently to reflect the fact that it is 'owned' by our country partner.
