An online survey by Visiting Arts has shown that some 20% of those using the existing Cultural Profiles classify themselves as ‘cultural tourists’.

With this in mind each Cultural Profile is created in full partnership with the national tourism authorities and includes a major focus on cultural tourist attractions, ranging from arts venues to museums, heritage sites and film locations.
