Welcome to the Norway Cultural Profile, the first comprehensive English-language online guide to the Norwegian cultural scene.
Aimed at a wide national and international market – including artists, festival organisers, promoters, cultural agencies, policy-makers, educators and the general public, the Norway Cultural Profile offers the first comprehensive resource on the Norwegian arts, media, heritage, libraries and archives sectors. Its primary target audience comprises overseas artists and other culture professionals with an interest in working in Norway or with Norwegian cultural practitioners.
The Norway Cultural Profile provides a comprehensive 'industry overview' aimed at those who are unfamiliar with Norway's cultural infrastructure, helping them to work effectively within it, to establish international exchange activities, and to maximise the impact of their projects.
Information contained in the Norway Cultural Profile is intended to complement that found in other key Norwegian websites and web portals and focuses on the information of greatest use in international working, with signposts to other, more detailed and specialist sources of information.
The Norway Cultural Profile is updated regularly; please contact us to add or amend your details by E-mailing John Kundu at [email protected].
