The Ministry of Culture and Church Affairs is responsible for cultural policy, church affairs, regulations and other matters regarding the media and sports. The Ministry comprises a Secretariat General and six Departments, see below for more information. The main focus of the Ministry’s brief is the promotion of cultural activity, visual arts, craft and design, music, theatre and opera, language, literature and libraries, museums and archives, film and media and sports activities.
