The Norwegian Sawmill Museum is a living museum from the recent past. It is Norway’s only steam sawmill museum, with machines, tools and equipment still in daily use. The mill was set up in 1884, right next to the Wulumsaw, Norway’s first steam sawmill, established in 1853.
