Formerly Assistant Director of the British Council Việt Nam, Paul Zetter is now Projects Director, South East Asia for the David Glass Ensemble, based in Việt Nam. His current activities include working as a trainer for creativity and creative processes for cultural and arts organisations, NGOs and INGOs, and advocacy and fundraising for creative projects for young people, including setting up a Braille resource centre and enabling the formation of Together Higher, Việt Nam's first ever contemporary dance troupe for people with hearing impairments and other disabilities. He is technical advisor on the Ford Foundation-funded Việt Nam Arts in Development Capacity Building programme, with a focus on providing support for visiting trainers, fundraising, project design and implementation.
