Under construction at the time of writing, this new 157,000 billion VNĐ (cUS$10 million) museum will chronicle the diversity of Vietnamese traditional performing arts. Designed by award-winning architect Hồ Thiệu Trị with a central section resembling a bronze drum, the three-storey museum is being constructed in Láng Hạ Street, immediately next to another of Trị’s buildings, the National Cinema Centre (NCC).
