Launched in 2001 and organised by the European Union Embassies in Việt Nam and the Delegation of the European Commission to Việt Nam in association with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Việt Nam, this festival focuses on a series of concerts by leading jazz artists from several European countries and also featuring Vietnamese jazz musicians.
