Established in 1977, the Culture, Sports and Tourism Managers School functions to train government personnel for the culture, sports and tourism professions in Việt Nam through the provision of full-time Diploma courses and short, in-service training programmes for the heads of municipal, provincial and district services of culture and information and managers of culture, sports and tourism organisations.
