The Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1987. This Association currently has around 115 members and publishes the bimonthly Văn nghệ Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu (Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Literature and Art) Magazine.
