The Bình Thuận Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1982 following the establishment of Bình Thuận Province in place of the former Thuận Hải Province. This active Association currently has around 100 members and publishes the monthly Văn nghệ Bình Thuận (Bình Thuận Literature and Art) Magazine.
