The Đà Nẵng City branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1997, following the separation of Đà Nẵng City from the former Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng Province. The Association currently comprises around 270 members. It publishes the monthly Non Nước magazine and incorporates several smaller arts organisations, including the Đà Nẵng City Fine Art Association:
