The Lạng Sơn Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1968. This Association currently has around 150 members and publishes the monthly Văn nghệ Xứ Lạng (Xứ Lạng Arts and Literature) Magazine.
