Miếu Nhị Phủ (also known as Ông Bổn Pagoda) was built by Chinese immigrants from Fukkien Province during the mid 18th century. Although the exact construction date is unknown, an inscription on the pagoda's ancient bell dates the pagoda to pre-1765. The pagoda underwent major restoration in 1875, 1901 and 1990.
