The Sóc Trăng Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1993. This Association currently has around 170 members and publishes the bimonthly Văn nghệ Sóc Trăng (Sóc Trăng Arts and Literature) Magazine.
