The Tuyên Quang Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1992 following the division of Hà Tuyên Province into Tuyên Quang and Hà Giang Provinces. The Association currently has around 100 members and publishes the monthly Tân Trào Newspaper.
