The Vĩnh Phúc Provincial branch of the Việt Nam Union of Literature and Arts Associations was established in 1997 following the division of former Vĩnh Phú Province into Vĩnh Phúc and Phú Thọ Provinces. This Association currently has around 40 members and publishes the quarterly Văn nghệ Vĩnh Phúc (Vĩnh Phúc Arts and Literature) Magazine.
