 Originally established in 1979 under the name Vinaconcert, the Việt Nam Performing Arts Agency is responsible for organising visits to Việt Nam by overseas performing artists and performing arts groups and for organising overseas tours by Vietnamese performing artists and performing arts groups. It operates as the first point of contact for any kind of international performing arts exchange activity in the fields of music, dance and drama.
