The International Press Communication Co-operation Centre (IPCCC) is responsible for all dealings with all foreign TV crews, filmmakers, journalists and correspondents operating in Việt Nam. It organises workshops and seminars, provides technical services for foreign broadcasters and also produces programmes aimed at promoting the image of Việt Nam in foreign languages such as English, French and Spanish.
