AwardsA range of different awards is bestowed annually by Việt Nam’s national arts associations for excellence in their particular fields, most notably the Golden and Silver Kite Awards of the Việt Nam Film Association, the Việt Nam Fine Art Association Awards, the Việt Nam Musicians' Association Awards and the Việt Nam Writers’ Association Awards.
However, the highest honours are reserved for recipients of the annual Hồ Chí Minh Prizes for Science and Technology and for Literature and the Arts, and State Prizes for Science and Technology and for Literature and the Arts.
