Where prospective collaborations involve government-run performing companies, arts training schools or other cultural institutions, the initial involvement of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and/or appropriate Municipal/Provincial Service of Culture and Information (see Cultural policy and infrastructure - regional government departments) is often necessary to gain access to the organisation concerned.
